Job Summary

This position requires a detail-oriented individual to work as an Assembly Line Production Technician in our fast-paced industrial setting. As an Industrial Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate steel door machines, table saws, and other power tools to assemble pre-hung units
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve productivity
  • Read and comprehend specifications, templates, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to meet quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and improve production efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery
  • Able to pass a background check and provide references
Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $19.35 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Our team members also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Salary: $20.12 per hour, estimated annual salary $41,844, based on a 40-hour workweek.
