Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Renasant Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Execution
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
    • Provide personalized service to meet the financial needs of our clients
    • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales Execution
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow our customer base
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge of bank policies and procedures
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year related customer service and sales experience required
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Knowledge of financial services industry and local community
Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior Personal Banker
    • Minimum of 2 years of successful personal sales experience
    • Ability to handle complex transactions with limited supervision
  • Licensed Personal Banker
    • Current State insurance license
    • Ability to meet licensing requirements as established by the Bank's broker/dealer, if applicable
