POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Support Representative plays a crucial role in assisting Management to foster a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment, where our core values and guiding principles are pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience and optimizing profitability.

Drive for Results
- Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; suggests merchandise options or assists in locating or acquiring products based on customer preferences.
- Keeps abreast of ongoing sales and promotional activities; upholds pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Adheres to standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Engages in visual merchandising initiatives including monthly store setups and maintenance of the sales floor.
- Upholds the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards as reflected in our sales methodologies, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Guarantees timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Provides a swift and efficient checkout experience, staying informed on policies regarding payments, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.
- Reinforces purchasing decisions at the point of sale and meets add-on sales targets, including gift card promotions.
- Enrolls clients in the rewards program.
- Cultivates and maintains a strong customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Remains knowledgeable about current product fits and style assortments available in-store and online.
- Maintains regular communication with clients through our clienteling tools; Style Connect and Customer Book.
- Aids in replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked and appealing.
- Assists with product location fulfillment.
- Supports visual merchandising directives, including floor setups, window displays, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.
- Contributes to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
- Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Actively seeks personal development opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Capacity to learn or adapt to technology utilized by the company.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, Associates, and Management.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the 8-hour shift.
- Frequent climbing for 34%-66% of the 8-hour shift.
