Overview

You'll work closely with experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and participate in a structured program that will help you master the skills you need to succeed.



As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing your leadership skills. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Developing your leadership skills and working closely with experienced professionals
  • Participating in a structured training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:



  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle and a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you're applying to
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
  • Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a target compensation of $62,704 annually, plus overtime. You'll also receive a robust benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.
