Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a leadership role within our company.

Our Management Training program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program.

As a Management Trainee, you will be based out of one of our neighborhood branches and will be responsible for serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners. You will also be responsible for mastering the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a leadership role within our company
  • Work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program
  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • Master the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
