Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting functions including payroll, invoicing, billing, cash receipts, work order processing, credit, collections, month-end close, and journal entries
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting timelines
  • Reconcile balance sheets and assess financial statements for GAAP compliance
  • Provide analytical insights to sales and marketing for pricing, profitability assessments, and bids
  • Conduct financial analysis and report findings to the management team
  • Oversee capital expenditures and manage asset management sub-ledger transactions
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Offer support during audits conducted by external auditors

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Public Accounting is advantageous
  • CPA certification is a plus
