We are committed to being the Platform that facilitates the transition of our military veterans into civilian careers.

Our primary objective is to offer valuable internship experiences to our nation's heroes during the concluding phases of their military service. The SkillBridge initiative is structured to provide internships that may lead to full-time employment upon completion of the training. Participants will gain essential civilian work experience in the last 180 days of their service through specialized internships in the aerospace and defense sectors (refer to the areas of interest below). We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with some of the most highly skilled and motivated individuals. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, we are dedicated to providing our service members with the invaluable chance to gain experience and knowledge in civilian career fields as they transition from military life.

Eligibility Criteria for DoD SkillBridge:
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge Qualifications as per DODI
  • Has served a minimum of 180 days on active duty
  • Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has completed any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has participated in an ethics briefing within the last 12 months
  • Obtained written authorization and approval from the Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) to engage in the DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship

The internship opportunities are conducted in-person at our primary location. The program spans a designated duration.
