Collaborating with the Branch Manager, the Coordinator leads a team dedicated to meeting sales and service targets while upholding the credit union's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Preparation: Ensure the branch is prepared for daily operations, assigning tasks, managing cash flow, and maintaining service standards.
  • Member Support: Handle member inquiries, open accounts, and process loan applications.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise branch staff, providing training, setting expectations, and monitoring performance.

Requirements
