Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the readiness levels for repairs and track expected benefit dates, ensuring thorough organization.
  • Conduct regular updates to guarantee data integrity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve any system-related challenges.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in addressing data discrepancies caused by applications.
  • Establish and manage metrics and reporting using digital tools, dashboards, and various communication platforms.
  • Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly KPI status reports.
  • Provide support in repair industrialization, manufacturing engineering, and basic troubleshooting processes as needed.
  • Ensure the accuracy of repair directories and submissions to repair shops and the marketing catalog team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Aviation or Engineering sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Robust business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence both customers and peers.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
