Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our department head, managers, and staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate settings and possess excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedules, planning meetings and arranging special events.
  • Coordinate project proposals and recommend updates to department documents.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Monitor and respond to routine email inquiries for others.
  • Make travel arrangements for department head and staff members.
Requirements
  • 5 years minimum of related experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Preferred knowledge of LUCID.
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
