Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned media analytics expert to lead our media planning, investment, and measurement efforts. As a Head of Media Analytics and Insights, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven media strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Customer Analytics team to design and implement modern measurement plans and roadmaps
- Develop and execute a NAS-wide measurement framework and KPIs to evaluate experiences and specific plans, campaigns, or investments across paid, owned, and earned media environments
- Write clear and compelling analytics stories that reveal truths and inform business decisions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups to facilitate synergy between central analytics teams and marketing planning and activation functions
- 6+ years of professional marketing, finance, or business analytics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
At Amazon, we're committed to providing a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, this position may also include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
