Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments
  • Develop and deliver investment committee presentations to senior management and partners
  • Prepare and review financial reports for senior management, partners, investors, and rating agencies
  • Assist in the asset management and loan payoff process
  • Perform complex financial analyses, including Excel-based underwriting pro-formas, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses
  • Review and analyze potential leases and their financial impact on investments
  • Provide analytical support to colleagues in the areas of fund operations
  • Gather and evaluate economic and market data
  • Assist with client reporting and presentation preparation
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics, or related field, with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Prior internship experience or minimal full-time relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the firm and leading real estate owners throughout the country
  • Ability to attend investment committee presentations and travel to client meetings, conferences, and property tours throughout the United States
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, leadership traits, diligence, and the willingness and capability to function efficiently under significant deadline pressure
  • Strong financial and analytical ability with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000.00 USD. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
