Job Title: Asset Management Analyst II

Northmarq is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst II to join its Servicing department in Denver, CO. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for underwriting borrower consent requests, calculating loan payoffs, and analyzing financial statements for multifamily and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of Agency and CMBS loans with varying requirements and regulations.
  • Underwrite and make recommendations for lender consent of borrower requests.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and borrowers to document and close transactions.
  • Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for multifamily and commercial properties.
  • Perform financial covenant testing calculations and review property repair verification inspections.
  • Monitor post-closing repairs and review and make recommendations for releases from reserves.
  • Process insurance loss requests and manage proceeds.
  • Monitor and update monthly loan reports and audit new loan boarding and setup.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, real estate, or accounting.
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in commercial lending or asset management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate finance and commercial loan terminology.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and providing exceptional service to all clients.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Problem-solving skills to reflect a level of responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.

Colorado Residents: The minimum salary for the Asset Management Analyst II position is $65,000.00 annually, and the maximum salary is $88,000.00 annually, depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
