We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team at Atlas Real Estate Company. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our Portfolio Managers and Senior Portfolio Managers in marketing and leasing tasks, as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with incoming leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values
- Provide leasing support for Portfolio Managers, including conducting QC/final walk-throughs, scheduling/taking professional photos of rent-ready units, creating marketing advertisements, and facilitating the leasing process from approved application through move-in
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the team, including reporting property deficiencies, continuing education for maintaining an active real estate license, and managing a calendar for your portfolio
- Colorado Real Estate License
- Leasing experience
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer management and relationship development
- Commitment to continual learning and growth
- High-functioning multi-tasker
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Able to take direction and follow procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Must have weekend availability and flexibility during the week
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $48,000/year, depending on skills and experience, as well as a $6,000 yearly stipend for expenses.
