As a Territory Account Director, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical partners, identifying trends in local healthcare markets, and developing strategies to support referral partners.

The Role

You'll be working closely with our Outreach team to:

  • Expand partnerships with hospitals and major health systems
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic opportunities
  • Design engagement strategies for referral partners
  • Lead client meetings to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with hospitals and/or larger health systems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Ability to travel locally and communicate effectively with clients
