Job Description:

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to oversee the strategy, direction, and operations for the comprehensive national growth strategy to increase the use of the KNN framework. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of partnership development and business relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct the portfolio of programs for the Partner Development and Relations area of the KNN, focusing on expanding the use of the KNN's Framework for Flourishing in medical education and with care teams.
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and implementation of KNN presence at external events, including national conferences and exhibitions.
  • Ensure high-touch relational follow-up from these events, working closely with other members of the KNN Program Office team.
  • Oversee the documentation of partnership relations information in the KNN's customer service management platform, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and relevance to advancing the KNN's goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a director or leadership role, preferably in education, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or business.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
  • Strong customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including outstanding healthcare coverage, 403B retirement package, competitive vacation and paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and paid parental leave.
