As a Senior Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting projects across market sectors, working with a dynamic team of environmental scientists, regulatory specialists, and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project management responsibilities for environmental studies and permitting projects.
  • Lead the development of NEPA, NYSEQR, and NYCEQR documentation.
  • Assess and analyze project impacts to identify permit requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients for complex environmental permitting and regulatory projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of experience working with permitting, including federal, state, and local environmental permits in New York.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
Benefits

HDR offers a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,938 - $215,625 per year, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
