Regional Wireless Sales Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Wireless Sales Trainer to join our team at 2020 Companies. As a Regional Wireless Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing sales personnel on product knowledge, sales tool usage, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customized sales training for multiple clients and sales channels.
- Present compliance-related new hire orientation materials and mentoring programs to sales team members.
- Support the readiness requirements of the sales team through new product rollout training.
- Conduct pre-training conference calls with class attendees to discuss training expectations and travel guidelines.
- Manage post-training activities, including grading assessments and communicating final training attendance rosters.
- Conduct in-field observations to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to the Training Manager and Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Performance Measurements
- Design training materials to enhance the learning experience and facilitate adult learning.
- Provide accurate and complete training class summaries/documentation at the conclusion of each session.
- Conduct regular in-field observations to assess sales team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of outside sales experience.
- 3-5 years of successful training experience, preferably in direct marketing/telecommunications.
- Proven track record in employee performance improvement.
- Ability to perform independently with strong decision-making skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and customer service orientation.
- Creative curriculum design utilizing technology-based tools and processes.
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with company needs.
- Impeccable oral, verbal, and written communications and presentation skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with computer-based training tools such as Captivate, Flash, Knowledge Planet, and other technologies that enhance the training experience.
- Ability to travel extensively.
