Job Summary

The Regional Vice President of Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and corporate presence within our internal and external customer base. This individual will provide sales leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and accountability to a high-performing sales team, coaching and developing team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve admit and census goals, monitoring and assessing progress and development of each Account Executive/Territory.
  • Build a collaborative partnership with the Operation Leadership team, creating and supporting a shared vision for growth between Sales and Operations.
  • Recruit and hire top sales talent, compiling and communicating best practices in the field to maximize marketing resources and grow market share.
  • Proactively implement company initiatives, bringing real solutions to challenging situations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or National Board Approved Licensure.
  • 2 years Sales Management experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in Home Health.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster teamwork and maintain high team engagement.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned area.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, energetic, organized, and professional.
