Job Summary:

Saransh Inc is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team. As a Mainframe Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mainframe COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and MQ applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and MQ.
  • Reengineer mainframe applications to Microservices architecture.
  • Code and implement US Liquidity systems and projects.
  • Ensure high-quality code with zero defects.
  • Provide backup support for handling production calls related to applications.
  • Ensure code adheres to architecture standards, risk management, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to diagnose and address underlying system problems and inefficiencies.
  • Communicate with management to address technical issues.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in systems and applications management, including systems design and development.
  • 7+ years of mainframe design and development experience in OSMVS, MVS utilities, CICS, VSAM, BATCH, JCL, TSO, ISPF, and COBOL.
  • Experience in Agile concepts and processes.
  • College degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, preferably with management and staff experience at the highest technical level.
