Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to oversee the installation of protective structures for residential and industrial gas meter sets. This role is crucial for ensuring safety and efficiency in our operations across Utah and Southwest Wyoming.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all installation sites have 811 tickets submitted and marked appropriately.
  • Verify that all team members are adequately trained and equipped for their tasks.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining clear communication with clients regarding project progress.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and materials to ensure crews have what they need.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in monitoring production goals and ensuring they are met.

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, with daily travel up to 150 miles.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts.

Compensation

The pay rate is $26.00 per hour based on experience, with a daily per diem of $30.00. For overnight stays, a per diem of $125.00 is provided for hotel expenses.


Work Schedule

Work hours consist of 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, with opportunities for overtime.
