Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Whiskey Joe's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Lead the risk management team in identifying and mitigating potential liabilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions, hiring, and advancement of salaried unit personnel.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Manage labor costs, ensuring that scheduling meets the restaurant's needs and is aligned with forecasted labor and budget requirements.
  • Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all corporate guidelines, maintaining high standards of food quality, patron satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Produce financial and operational reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Supervise inventory management, estimate food and beverage costs, and monitor purchasing and receiving.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Inspect dining areas, food receiving, and preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
