Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at APX Construction Group LLC. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishing techniques on each project, while maintaining overall project quality, safety, and completion.
Key Responsibilities- Complete day-to-day concrete field operations for the project, meeting management and customer objectives for safety, quality, and schedule.
- Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools of all types, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Complete finishing work with a high degree of skill and professionalism, ensuring project requirements are met.
- Monitor how wind, heat, or cold affect concrete throughout the entire process.
- Follow directions, schedules, and requirements from Project Foreman or Superintendent.
- 5+ years of experience in concrete finishing for both residential and commercial projects.
- Able to manage performance with a high degree of competency in concrete finishing.
- Strong knowledge of current construction means, methods, and procedures, and ability to direct others to perform to these standards.
- Must be able to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Ability to travel to job sites as required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Personal accountability and responsibility with excellent follow-through.
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and adept at every changing priority.
Adheres to the time and attendance requirements as established by the Project Foreman or Superintendent. Outdoor conditions vary depending on weather and season, this position works year-round. Various job sites with varying conditions from inside to outdoors in areas that are dusty, dirty, or noisy, or which could have work hazards.
