Job Title: Front Desk/Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Host at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, providing clear and concise information to Guests.
  • Guide Guests through their Retail, Game Rental, and Dining Experiences: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for Guests, coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
  • Act as an Ambassador for the Building: Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
  • Ensure a Clean and Organized Front Desk and Host Station: Ensure all necessary supplies and menus are available, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage Wait Times and Communicate Information: Communicate information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Process Transactions Efficiently: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with multiple Guests at once, providing clear and concise information.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Up to 30 Pounds: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and move about the facility with ease.
  • Ability to Work Days, Nights, and/or Weekends: Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, and be flexible with scheduling.
