Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Register guests, make reservations, and prepare daily reports.
  • Financial Management: Balance transactions, conduct security walks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Hotel Maintenance: Set up breakfast, make coffee, take out the garbage, and perform laundry duties.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and follow safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements
