COMPANY:

SalesFirst Recruiting represents a well-established manufacturer that has been operational since 1912, specializing in the customization of large bolts and fasteners for construction projects globally, including skyscrapers, bridges, power facilities, and sports arenas.

In the previous year, they successfully delivered over 6.8 million pounds of anchor bolts and construction fasteners to clients across all 50 states, 10 Canadian provinces and territories, and 31 countries worldwide.

As a result of their expansion, they are seeking to enhance their sales team by incorporating a Sales Associate.

JOB:


This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to join an organization that values inclusivity and employee loyalty.

Typically, you will dedicate 1-1.5 hours each day to managing inbound calls and following up with existing and prospective clients.

The remainder of your time will involve preparing bids for specific projects, estimating tailored orders, managing accounts, and finalizing sales.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong conversational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The objective for this Sales Associate is to evolve into a more Account Manager-oriented role, fostering and nurturing their portfolio of clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:
A 4-year college degree is preferred; 1 year of customer service or sales experience is advantageous; Energetic, sociable, and quick-thinking; Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; Develop robust customer relationships, understand bolt specifications, estimating processes, and sales techniques; Must demonstrate basic math skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; Conversational proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus but not mandatory.
