About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Columbia Laboratories. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our laboratory testing services to prospective clients, cultivating and managing client relationships, and driving growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and execute cold calls to discover and reach potential customers.
  • Set up and attend tradeshows to represent our services and connect with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and addressing complaints and objections professionally and promptly.
  • Track sales performance, generate regular reports on activities and outcomes, analyze market trends and competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present and advocate for our testing services to prospective clients with compelling arguments, while maintaining a thorough understanding of our offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and providing detailed information to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, share best practices and market insights with the sales team, and participate in team meetings to contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in sales, preferably in the science services, food, pharma, health science, supplements, cosmetics, or similar industries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing services is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000 + commission, comprehensive and low-cost benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance), ample PTO, and a matching 401k.
