Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospect, and canvass within your designated territory to manage current clients and develop new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees, conduct safety walkouts, and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Conduct routine check-ins with clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships, critical thinking, and out-of-the-box problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
  • Resiliency: Able to bounce back from setbacks, enjoys challenges, and is assertive in nature.
  • Enterprising Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to win, and eager to succeed.
