Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Ocean Beauty Seafoods. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum of sales experience with food service and retail customers
  • Culinary and/or chef background; must know restaurant business with minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Drug test and criminal background checks
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
