About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to provide them with the best lawn care solutions for their properties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote TruGreen's services and products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
