**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales through commercial sales activities, customer training, and special events. You will also expand relationships with key decision-makers, prospect and develop new customers to ensure future business growth, and prioritize new and existing accounts in terms of profitability.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to leverage sales of all product categories, marketing programs, and strategic business growth initiatives
* Increase sales through commercial sales activities, customer training, and special events
* Expand relationships with key decision-makers
* Prospect and develop new customers to ensure future business growth
* Prioritize new and existing accounts in terms of profitability

**Requirements**

* College degree or applicable industry experience
* 2-3 years of direct sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
* Ability to operate independently and make wise business decisions
* Comfortable in conducting individual and group training sessions
* Ability to manage all types of customers and sales obstacles, and efficiently close sales

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of $58,000 - $79,000, plus bonus
