Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering instruction in investigative techniques, including undercover operations, crime gun intelligence, and firearms misuse.
  • Mentoring and training participants in the use of resources available through the Undercover Operations Branch and Enhanced Undercover Program.
  • Providing input for revisions of lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises to update materials and ensure alignment with ATF policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of related work experience as a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to travel to training sites domestically or internationally.
  • A flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the training program.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
