Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence research on people and companies worldwide to assist clients in hiring and investment decisions;
  • Dig into public records and data repositories to find complex litigation records, securities disclosures, corporate filings, and property records;
  • Analyze and distill findings into comprehensive written reports for clients;
  • Brief case managers and partners on findings in a clear and professional manner;
  • Possibly conduct other types of investigations, such as research to support litigators and compliance professionals.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university; advanced degree a plus;
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and communicate large amounts of complex information in a concise and compelling manner;
  • Strong research and writing skills, and superior attention to detail;
  • Ability to juggle casework and meet strict deadlines;
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel);
  • English fluency and strong writing skills in English mandatory.
