Job Title: Federal EEO Investigator/32-hour certification required.

Salary: Paid flat rate per case, dependent upon complexity. Estimated annual salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

The Ravens Group Inc. is seeking experienced EEO investigators to perform investigations for various federal agencies. As a remote worker, you will conduct telephone interviews, Microsoft Teams sessions, or written interrogatories, depending on agency requirements.

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the investigation, including developing an investigative plan, conducting interviews, obtaining pertinent documents, and assembling the final report of investigation.
  • Your work hours will vary based on your availability, as well as that of complainants, RMOs, and witnesses.
  • You must be able to conduct some business during standard government business hours.

As an independent consultant, there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work assigned to you. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
