Job Title: Industrial Project Architect

Job Overview:

We are in search of an experienced industrial project architect with a strong background in steel and fabrication sectors, particularly in solid waste management, heavy industrial applications, machinery, and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least 3-5 industrial projects, each valued between $50 million and $200 million.

  • Provide leadership to assigned teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary and scheduling constraints while monitoring contract compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client interactions, possessing the authority to direct and manage all project-related activities.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in supervising and managing multiple clients and in-house project managers throughout all project phases.
  • Proficiency in collaboration software tools such as Bluebeam and BIM360.
  • Ability to review and assist in setting project budgets, goals, and work plans.
  • Experience in analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contracts and fees with clients and consultants.
