Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Retail Project Architect to take charge of the design, development, and execution of various retail projects. This role demands a hands-on approach and a significant level of accountability, providing an excellent platform to demonstrate your expertise across a diverse range of tasks and challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion.
  • Generate design concepts and prepare presentations, leading client discussions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Create detailed architectural construction documents at all project stages, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  • Supervise the construction administration phase.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that construction aligns with design specifications and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the architecture field, focusing on design, development, documentation, and administration.
  • Proven track record in managing retail projects, with a robust portfolio showcasing your creativity and skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing a team and liaising with various stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural systems.
  • High level of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
