Job Title: Area Office Administrator

Young Life is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our field ministry area office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to area staff, including answering correspondence, filing, and preparing mailings.
  • Manage area office operations, including tracking donations, maintaining donor and leader databases, and processing expenses.
  • Coordinate area meetings, events, and activities, including camp, banquet, and golf marathon.
  • Develop and maintain area M-Site, including creating and updating content.
  • Provide training and support to area office assistant, area directors, and volunteer team leaders.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle concurrent tasks and interruptions.
  • Good grammar skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:

Office environment with occasional travel to area meetings and events.
