About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to work with elementary students in a supportive school environment. The SLPA will provide assistance to Speech-Language Pathologists in developing and implementing treatment plans to meet the needs of students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency and collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • MA Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Soliant offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
