Job Summary

This remote SLP position involves delivering high-quality therapy services to students in need. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech pathology, with experience in telehealth and/or school settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapy: Deliver remote speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, using ProCare's advanced teletherapy platform.
  • Collaborate: Partner with students, families, and educational teams to achieve therapy goals, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Mentor: Support and guide staff and students, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Advise: Offer expert recommendations and refer complex cases to specialized colleagues, promoting exceptional patient care.
  • Educate: Inform students and their families about important aspects of speech and language therapy, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's Degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology.
  • Certification: ASHA CCCs certification.
  • License: Valid Massachusetts SLP license.
  • Insurance: Professional and general liability insurance.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in telehealth and/or school settings.
Compensation:

We offer competitive pay ranging from $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience, location, and skill sets. Weekly payments ensure a stable income, while tax advantages are available for 1099 independent contractors.
