Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an excellent school in Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with guaranteed hours and competitive pay. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong background in working with students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluations, Assessments, and IEP Development: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement treatment plans to support students' communication needs.
  • Collaboration with Special Education Staff: Work closely with special education teachers, related service providers, and other staff members to ensure cohesive support for students.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: Previous experience in school and/or pediatric settings strongly preferred; experience with IEPs also preferred.
