ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with K-12 students, promoting academic success, and enhancing communication skills. About This Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Our ideal candidate will be licensed and experienced in working with students with various communication disorders and learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech therapy services to K-12 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address specific communication goals. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing multiple caseloads and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also vital, as you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our students.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals. If you are a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you should have an Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field and hold a valid Massachusetts SLPA license.
