Job Overview

Bouten Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our healthcare and commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience as a construction superintendent in commercial and healthcare projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $109,000 - $183,000
