- Manage Project Schedules and Logistics: Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Address Performance Issues and Conflicts: Promptly address performance issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- 10-15 Years of Commercial Construction Experience: Proven track record of success in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Construction Principles: Understanding of Lean construction principles and their application in improving project efficiency and quality.
- Experience with Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Education Projects: Proven experience working on healthcare, K-12, and higher education projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Detail-Oriented with a Focus on Client Service: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Salary Range: $104,000 - $175,000
- Annual Bonus Based on Performance: Eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
- Company-Provided Truck: Company-provided truck for business use.
