Job Title: Supply Chain Director

Job Summary:

Textile Exchange is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our standards systems for chain of custody and traceability of certified materials. The successful candidate will have a strong background in verification programs, with at least 10 years of experience in a standards body, certification body, or related entity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the supply chain traceability team within the Standards System Department
* Plan capacity and resourcing for growth and scale of traceability tools
* Guide the team internally and cross-functionally to connect inputs on different traceability tools
* Collaborate with Engagement and Partnerships teams to support external inquiries
* Collaborate with the Data & Technology department for the connectivity of systems and tools

Requirements:

* At least 10 years' experience in verification programs
* Proven leadership experience, including managing diverse teams
* Excellent English written and oral skills
* Excellent speaking and presentation skills
* Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience with the application of transaction certificate requirements
* Prior engagement with an ISEAL Member standard or initiative
* Awareness of government regulations that impact supply chains

Employment Package:

* Reports to: Standards and Assurance Senior Director
* Full Time Position, 40 Hours a Week
* Location: Virtual/Remote
* Annual Salary Range: 128,000 – 160,000 USD
