Pursuits Manager

Baskervill is a multi-disciplinary design firm with a strong presence in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Pursuits Manager to lead our Marketing team in pursuit development across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to oversee proposal teams, manage schedules, and develop strategies for client touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead proposal teams and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of client touchpoints.
  • Develop proposal strategies and content in collaboration with sector leaders.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to write, review, and edit original content for clarity and compliance.
  • Research and develop actionable win strategies and graphics to address client needs.
  • Write persuasively and edit text to create compelling copy for proposals and branding materials.
  • Coordinate writing and graphics support services to achieve pursuit objectives.
  • Provide business intelligence on clients, competitors, and Baskervill.
  • Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
  • Lead the pursuit and technical teams through the interview phase.
  • Manage project and opportunity data integrity in Deltek Vantagepoint CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5-10 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience.
  • APR or CPSM certification preferred.
  • Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in common grammar, punctuation, proofing, and business writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams towards a positive outcome.
  • Experience in personnel supervision and mentoring.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
