Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside project managers to formulate detailed project strategies.
  • Provide clients with necessary information, estimates, credit terms, and bid specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, offering updates and addressing any issues.
  • Assist in the distribution of resource materials to fulfill project needs.

  • Identify potential risks related to project materials and assist in formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Generate regular project status updates for stakeholders, emphasizing key milestones and potential challenges through the use of Business Intelligence.
