Job Summary:

JES Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties, including carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
  • Manage inventory of repair supplies and materials, and prepare requests for purchase as needed.
  • Conduct final move-in and move-out inspections with property managers to ensure units are in good condition.
  • Turn units in a timely manner, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning to prepare for new tenants.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and moving furniture as needed.
  • Travel to and participate in training and conferences as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
