Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep procedures.
- Conduct semi-annual inspections on all units to identify and address potential issues.
- Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Undertake pest control activities, including spraying insecticide as needed.
- Work with Property Managers to schedule unit turnovers and prepare for new move-ins.
- Report work performed or needed via third-party software.
- Track hours and receipts for work performed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Certification in any of the fields mentioned is a plus.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
