RideNow Powersports Tallahassee, a part of RumbleOn, is in search of a dynamic and engaging customer service professional to serve as the bridge between our clientele and technicians within the Service Department at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
  • Welcome customers, assess their powersports vehicles, and address inquiries.
  • Record issues with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft, providing clear descriptions on repair orders.
  • Inform the Service Manager of any additional required work or delays in completion, ensuring timely customer updates.
  • Advise clients on essential and recommended services along with associated costs.
  • Promote additional services and products, including special offers.
  • Review ongoing repair orders to guarantee quality and promptness.
  • Track the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from entry into the service bay until work is completed.
  • Communicate any changes regarding timelines, repairs, or costs to the customer.
  • Upon job completion, discuss the work order with the customer.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in drafting clear and detailed repair orders for vehicles, preferably in powersports or automotive.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.
  • Possess a friendly, energetic, conscientious, and reliable personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
