Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
- Welcome customers, assess their powersports vehicles, and address inquiries.
- Record issues with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft, providing clear descriptions on repair orders.
- Inform the Service Manager of any additional required work or delays in completion, ensuring timely customer updates.
- Advise clients on essential and recommended services along with associated costs.
- Promote additional services and products, including special offers.
- Review ongoing repair orders to guarantee quality and promptness.
- Track the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from entry into the service bay until work is completed.
- Communicate any changes regarding timelines, repairs, or costs to the customer.
- Upon job completion, discuss the work order with the customer.
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
- Exceptional customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in drafting clear and detailed repair orders for vehicles, preferably in powersports or automotive.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, conscientious, and reliable personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
