Job Title: Guest Service Associate/Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team at Global Partners LP. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete shift reports, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with merchandise displays and visual merchandising to create an attractive store appearance.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including yard maintenance and light equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
  • Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
